- Program designed for all ages and skill levels
- Primary focus of camp is to instruct players on core principles of attacking and defending in game situations
- Emphasis on stick skills both with the ball and without
- Situation drills designed to teach proper positional play in all areas of the game
- Competitive small area “Battle Drills” designed to enhance player ‘s compete level
- Off-Field training team building activities
- Class room lessons
- Daily scrimmage
- Live 4 Lax Cup Game on Friday

2 Hours On-Field Training Per Day/Half Day Camp

- Program designed for players entering 1st – 4th grade
- Lacrosse fundamentals and specific skill building
- Basic game concept and team strategy
- Positional play
- Daily scrimmage
- Live 4 Lax Cup Game on Friday
